Our fertility clinics are geographically

avoid California's traffic whenever possible. Infertility treatment can often entail many visits to our infertility
clinics for testing, treatment and monitoring. We are
committed to making treatment as convenient as possible
and have opened several fertility center locations to best serve our

Many assisted reproductive technologies
require that patients undergo ovulation induction with follicle stimulating hormone. These patients
must come to our fertility center for periodic monitoring of follicular development. As the follicles
develop, estrogen levels increase, and the follicles
can be visualized via ultrasound. Estrogen levels are monitored to insure healthy follicular development and to avoid potential FSH side effects.
The number of visits to our fertility
center depends upon the patient's protocol and how she
responds to the medications. Estrogen levels are monitored
and the follicles are visualized via ultrasound at each
visit. This information enables the physician to precisely
monitor and adjust medication dosages.
Once the follicles mature, the patient
receives an injection of hCG and is scheduled for retrieval
at at our Pasadena, Laguna Hills, or Encino
fertility clinics. We have state of the ART infertility laboratories
at these locations which perform IVF, PGD, and other assisted reproductive technologies. The embryos are placed in incubators
and the patient returns for the transfer procedure once the embryos are ready.
The retrieval and transfer, performed by your infertility doctor, requires only a few minutes.
