the latest developments in the field of reproductive
endocrinology and infertility.
We are pleased to announce that we have started enrolling patients in a randomized controlled trial to evaluate the use of two different ovarian hyperstimulation protocols in women who are thirty-eight to (and including) forty-two years of age. This trial will evaluate which protocol is more effective for IVF by evaluating egg recruitment and embryo development, embryo quality, and pregnancy outcome.
For participating in the study, the patient’s costs for in-vitro fertilization will be discounted, and will include approximately 25% of the medication needed for the treatment. To set up an initial consultation please call our West Los Angeles office, where the study will be performed. At this consultation, it will be determined if the patient is a candidate for the study.
